   Mr. Yair Rabinowitch C.P.A., Chairman of the Board
Former Managing Partner of Bavly & Co (KPMG--Israel), Mr. Rabinowitch, is the former commissioner of the Israeli IRS and an expert in tax and legal matters. One of the opinion leaders in the fields of economics and high-tech in Israel. During the last few years, Mr. Rabinowitch has focused part of his activities on raising funds for start-ups in the fields of medical devices and biomedical engineering.
Yair Rabinowitch is UTC Chairman of the Board.

   Mr. Arie Kalo

Co-founder of Sabratek Corporation (a medical devices company) in early 1990,
Served as VP R&D director, While Sabratek grew from 0.5M$ in sales to 96M$ annually.
Sabratek was traded in NASDAQ until 1999. Sabratek (medical devices division) bought by Baxter Pharmaceutical in 2000. Hold 16 patents.
Founder of Laser Modeling Israel Ltd & Athena Engineering Application Ltd.
A former officer in development units in Israeli Defense Forces.
Electronics and Computer Science, Tel-Aviv University, not graduated.


  Mr. Yuval Malka

M. Sc. in Electronics and Computer Science, Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
Served as a development engineer in the Israeli Defense Forces.
Won major awards for R&D achievements.
Holds two patents.


  Mr. Noam Azogui
18 years of professional diving experience; CSDS a Commercial & Scuba diving Services manager; Commercial diver; Dive centers manager in Israel and Egypt;
A professional advisor; Member of the Trimix diving committee of the Diving Authority, Israel Ministry of Science Culture and Sport;
A Senior SCUBA diving instructor of several associations and federations (PADI., NAUI, TIDF, ANDI, CMAS, HSA, IANTD, DAN, BSAC); I.O.C examiner;
Technical and trimix diving instructor trainer; Disabled people instructor.
Mr. Azogui is acting as our technical diving expert.

  Mr. Ilan Shavit

Founding Partner of the major Tel Aviv corporate, commercial, banking and real estate law firm Shavit Bar-On Gal-On Tzin Nov Yagur (www.sbilaw.com), where Mr. Shavit practices industrial law, company law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and represents chemical, hi-tech and biotechnology enterprises.
Graduate of the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Formerly a lecturer in Public International Law in the Hebrew University Law Faculty and a member of the Faculty's law review editorial board. Clerked in the Supreme Court of Israel. Mr. Shavit is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ruby Enterprises Group and of MedexScreen, and serves on the board of UTC - Underwater Technology Center.


Mr. Mony Ben-Dor
CEO and Managing Partner of Biocom, a specialized healthcare venture capital firm that was established in April 2000 by the Ofer Group.
Mr. Ben-Dor has many years of managerial experience in various industries.
Prior to his current position, he was Vice President of The Israel Corporation, Ltd. and chairman and director of several of its subsidiaries.
From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Ben-Dor was Vice President of Business Development for Clal Industries Ltd., which is one of the leading investment groups in Israel. He was actively involved in the acquisition of several companies and served as a director representing Clal Industries in several companies.
Mr. Ben-Dor holds an M.A. degree from Bar-Ilan University.
Mr. Ben-Dor serves on the board of UTC - Underwater Technology Center.
